Ikos Oceania: A New Chapter for a Beloved Resort
In 2015, Ikos Oceania became the starting point for an entirely new proposition: it was here that Ikos Resorts began to reimagine the luxury all-inclusive holiday. More than a decade later, the resort is entering a new era. By the start of the 2027 season, all 290 rooms and suites will have undergone an extensive transformation.
The new interiors draw inspiration from the distinctive natural beauty of the Halkidiki Peninsula, where seascapes meet forested landscapes. The design team has chosen a warm, contemporary aesthetic in which pale wood is paired with natural fabrics and a refined palette of nature-inspired tones. Thoughtfully furnished balconies, terraces and private gardens will provide the perfect setting in which to enjoy sweeping views of the Aegean Sea and Mount Olympus on the horizon.
The redesign will encompass the entire accommodation portfolio, from double rooms and Junior Suites to the spacious suites of the Deluxe Collection. The round-the-clock in-room service that guests value so highly at Ikos Resorts will also be enhanced. Deluxe Collection guests will continue to enjoy exclusive benefits, including designated areas on the beach and by the pool, together with a personal concierge service.
Ikos Dassia: Luxurious Enhancements for Those Who Value Privacy
In 2027, Ikos Dassia’s luxurious three-bedroom villas with sea views and private pools will also be refreshed. They remain the premier accommodation choice for larger families and groups on Corfu’s east coast.
Inspired by Mediterranean aesthetics, the villa collection’s interiors combine natural stone and wood, elegant textured fabrics and a serene colour palette. The indoor living space flows seamlessly onto an open terrace, where a private pool and direct beach access create a secluded setting for relaxation and renewal.

Flexible Family Accommodation, Including Complimentary Stays
In 2027, Ikos Resorts will offer additional benefits for families. Only two guests pay for a villa, while the remaining family members stay free, subject to the villa’s maximum occupancy. In family rooms across all Ikos resorts, one child under 12 stays completely free. In one-bedroom suites, rates for a second child, as well as for guests over 12, will be reduced depending on the room category and time of year.
Ikos Resorts comprises eight beachfront resorts along the Mediterranean coast in Greece and Spain.
