A New Era for Sani Beach
A favourite among guests of all ages, Sani Beach has announced the launch of a major transformation. The project will span three years, although its first visible results will be unveiled as early as 2027. The new era of Sani Beach is designed to make every stay even more luxurious and engaging while preserving the distinctive atmosphere that guests value so highly.
In 2027, guests will be introduced to a new generation of suites. Their interiors have been created by a design team inspired by Sani’s picturesque landscapes. Here, the boundary between indoors and out becomes ever more subtle, while the scenery surrounding the hotel flows seamlessly into the suite interiors. The new interiors will embrace a warm, contemporary aesthetic and feature natural materials, including wood and natural fabrics. Carefully considered lighting will create a genuinely homelike yet no less luxurious ambience. Guests can also look forward to redesigned bathrooms, luxurious mattresses and premium bedding for an even more comfortable stay. In 2027, every principal suite category at Sani Beach will receive the new design: Junior Suites with garden or sea views, Junior Suites with panoramic sea views, and one- and two-bedroom Family Suites overlooking the garden, sea or beach.
The first phase of the transformation will also bring enhancements to Ammos restaurant and to Bousoulas bar, a favourite among guests of all five Sani hotels and set on the resort’s renowned white-sand beach. In 2027, guests will discover their refreshed, even more inviting interiors and exceptional standard of service.
Sani Beach is celebrated as an ideal family destination where guests of every age can spend time together without having to share the same idea of leisure. A Major Expansion of Porto Sani: 119 New Suites and a New Family Pool
Porto Sani is opening an exciting new chapter in its history. In 2027, the hotel will undergo a major expansion, introducing 119 entirely new suites arranged around a luxurious new lagoon-style family pool. The development will substantially increase the hotel’s footprint while preserving its distinctive atmosphere of first-class Mediterranean family living.
In the new season, the hotel will add 119 suites across four entirely new categories. Guests will be able to choose from three Junior Suite categories featuring either a private garden or a generous balcony overlooking the pool or marina. The most premium new option is the Family Suite with Private Garden: two interconnecting Junior Suites with a combined interior area of 96 m², united by a private garden of approximately 40 m². The suite can accommodate up to six guests. Inspired by the warmth of the Mediterranean, the new suites combine gentle organic forms, natural wood and a serene colour palette. Every room features expansive floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows that make the surrounding scenery an integral part of the interior.
The Porto Sani expansion planned for 2027 will increase the hotel’s scale while preserving the intimate character that guests value so highly. Moving between the suites, garden and pools will remain effortless, while the lively Sani Marina is always close by for a stroll. Some suites look directly onto this jewel of the resort: an elegant harbour lined with yachts, designer boutiques and refined restaurants.

Sani 2027: Exceptional Value for Families
Families staying at Sani in 2027 will be able to enjoy additional benefits at selected hotels across the resort.
At Sani Asterias, for example, only two guests pay the full accommodation rate, while all additional guests stay free, subject to the residence’s maximum occupancy. At Porto Sani, all children under 12 stay free; in three-bedroom suites, complimentary accommodation will also be available for the third and fourth guests aged over 12. At Sani Dunes, families travelling with a child over 12 or a third adult will benefit from a reduced supplementary accommodation charge across six suite categories.
