The soul of the city

CASABLANCA on the road again

Embarking on a journey through Casablanca’s illustrious past, the Royal Mansour Casablanca elegantly bridges history and modernity. Located at the iconic 27 Avenue des Forces Armées Royales, this landmark revives the legacy of Casablanca’s first-ever five-star hotel, originally opened in 1953. During its prime, the city stood as a thriving cultural and economic hub in North Africa, and the hotel was at its heart – hosting luminaries, artists, and pivotal events that immortalised Casablanca’s golden era.

Today, the hotel preserves its Art Deco spirit while integrating Moroccan heritage and contemporary sophistication. The design blends Moorish architectural elements with meticulous craftsmanship, showcasing intricate arabesques, geometric motifs, and opulent materials like marble and brass. Every corner reflects a seamless harmony of tradition and innovation, creating a living monument to Casablanca’s grandeur. The Royal Mansour’s core philosophy revolves around delivering tailored, exceptional guest experiences. By blending Moroccan hospitality with modern luxuries, the hotel offers an environment of refined comfort. Its 149 exquisitely designed rooms and suites, including private apartments across 23 floors, exude elegance. The gastronomic component of the hotel is no less impressive. At La Grande Table Marocaine, guests can enjoy traditional Moroccan cuisine with panoramic views of the city and the ocean. La Brasserie by Éric Frechon is a gastronomic excursion to France, where every product is delightfully fresh. Fans of Japanese cuisine will appreciate Le Sushi Bar by Keiji Matoba, offering unique dishes.

The Spa Royal Mansour is a true ode to relaxation and self-care. With two floors including a hammam, sauna, glass-domed pool and treatments from international brands, this spa is one of the best in Morocco. Not only can you rejuvenate here, but you can also enjoy the views of the city right while you relax. Notable features include a paludarium, a unique fusion of terrarium and aquarium that houses vibrant marine life, symbolising Casablanca’s deep connection to the sea. The Royal Mansour Casablanca isn’t just a hotel; it’s a celebration of history, art, and innovation. By reinterpreting its storied past, the hotel continues to inspire and captivate modern travelers, solidifying its status as an enduring icon of the city.
