On 22 February the next White Milano exhibition which for already 19 years presents the works of promising designers to the international community, opened in Milan. On 22-25 February both young and making a statement designers showed their vision of women fashion of fall-winter season 2019-2020.
In four White Milano pavilions brands speak in every possible way about this year’s relevant topic – ecological fashion.
White Milano presents to visitors innovations in fashion and technology industries. The GIVE A FOK-us hub which focused attention around technologies of block chain, innovations and eco-economics is an innovation of this season. In order to show all the scape of the problem of our relationship with the nature – and even to find ways of solving it GIVE A FOK-us chose an interactive format.
Besides that, at exhibition in February two sections make their debut – artistic knitwear, production of which borders with high technologies, and leisurewear which today is represented as a world trend. The section Inside WHITE which is directed to support the dialogue between young talents and the international buyers has undoubtedly become one of the most interesting parts of exhibition.
In this season the majority of the presented brands – 342 out of 514 – is from Italy. And on one of exhibition spaces such brands as Ermanno Gallamini and Ibrigu, has set an example of well-known Italian skill.
From 170 international brands presented at the exhibition of special note are the Strateas Carlucci companies from Australia and also i-am-chen and Marieyat from Hong Kong.
By tradition the exhibition takes place in Tortona province, one of the most dynamic districts of Milan.
