Italdizain, represented by the French brand "Lalique," hosted a vernissage at the Baku Photography house, located in the historical part of Icherisheher. The event showcased the "Empreinte Animale" collection, featuring a range of exquisite handmade crystal tableware and décor.
The gala evening welcomed Lalique brand representative Claire Beruard, Italdizain's management and staff, alongside journalists and showroom customers. Here, amidst tropical flora and the soft light reflected on the crystal facets, giving rise to sparkles and shadows, the guests were transported to a magical world where every corner reminded them of the mystery of the jungle.
"Empreinte Animale" unveils a realm of wild animals, from majestic savannah rulers to dwellers of the jungle, each piece in the collection weaving its narrative. “The Panthere” vase vividly portrays a panther's hunt, while the “Barn Owl” candle holder draws inspiration from the Virginia Owl, a nocturnal bird. “The Serpent Bowl” immerses viewers in the rainforest's depths, where a python is tightly wrapped around a tree awaiting prey. Iconic designs like “Bacchantes” and “Mossi” are reimagined in the green colours of the Amazon, while the “Croco,” “Plumes,” and “Tortue” vases exemplify Lalique engravers' unparalleled artistry. These crystal masterpieces, crafted with extraordinary precision, stand as timeless tributes to the marvels of nature.
